When is the earliest time I can park at the convention downtown

hello all

I am getting a ticket for Thursday. I'm curious if I leave Chicago around 3 am i should end up in indiana around 8am w/ the one hour time change. 

When is the earliest I can park at or near the convention center? This will be my first time at Gen Con and Indianapolis

If you bought parking from Gate 10, it’s 24 hour access.  All of the other lots in the area will definitely be open by 8, and there should be parking available at that time.
