Accessibility Services Kiosk

Gen Con is dedicated to ensuring a safe and inclusive event, and we offer a range of services for guests with special needs. At the Accessibility Services kiosk in the Wabash East Concourse inside the convention center, our friendly staff are standing by to assist guests with disabilities with collecting Will Call items, buying event tickets, requesting refunds or exchanges, and obtaining ADA badge stickers.

Accessible viewing areas for the costume parade are located at the Crossroads-Wabash intersection and next to the Hall B Event HQ. Further accessibility information for patrons with disabilities is available on the Indiana Convention Center (ICC) website.

Getting Help On Site

If you cannot reach our Accessibility Services kiosk and need further assistance while at Gen Con, please speak with a member of our Event Staff, who will be wearing black vests, or a Staff member with a Gen Con Staff lanyard. You can also approach security personnel or visit one of the Information booths located throughout the ICC for help.

Quiet Room

The Quiet Room is a comfortable place to relax and get away from the hubbub of Gen Con. Talking and other interactions with attendees are prohibited, and phones must be in silent mode. This room is located on the second floor of the ICC, room 211. The hours of the Quiet Room are Thursday through Saturday, 10 am-6 pm, and Sunday, 10 am-3 pm.

Other Reduced Noise Spaces

If a completely silent room isn't needed, there are quieter areas throughout the convention where you can take a break from high noise levels. These spaces include hotel lobbies and hallways, the Stadium Field and bleachers, and the second floor of the ICC.

ADA Exhibit Hall Entrance

Attendees with disabilities or mobility needs may use any Exhibit Hall entrance.

When you arrive, please move to the front of the queue or ask an event team member, staff member, or security guard for help. Guests with accessibility needs may enter first when the Hall opens at 10 am each day, so they can enter safely before general admission begins.

For the most convenient access, use the designated ADA Exhibit Hall entrance at the large Hall J doors.

Rollacrit Merch Line

The Gen Con shop, managed by Rollacrit—our official merch partner—will have a dedicated ADA accessibility line for individuals with mobility concerns during store hours. Please visit the shop in the Wabash lobby for more info and hours.
