I have a room, 2 doubles at the Hilton Garden Inn- Northwest from July 31 (Wed) Aug 5 (Monday), - about 12miles from the convention center, 20min car ride. 

I have a roommate (male/40s) we are looking for a 3rd. I am 39/F. We don’t  smoke. Social drinkers. Neat.

If you are down to playing board games with us at the hotel, that is a plus :)

Rate of the room is $199 plus tax (17%) = $232.83 split between 3 of us ($77.61:per day).

A deposit for half the stay by July 26 (via Venmo or PayPal) - the rest paid in cash when we meet up.

Haha sorry for an additional notification I just found your own thread so I figured I would hop over here as well. I plan to be there from the 31st-5th as well, and the current hotel I have reserved has been terribly reviewed since I bought my stay. If you guys still have the availability I'm more than happy to pitch in for the room. 

I'm 26 male and very easy going. I am bringing some games of my own to engage in when I'm not at an event.
