My bf has Celiac's, so I spent this weekend going through the list of food trucks to suss out which would be safest for folks with gluten sensitivity. Thought other folks might also find it helpful.

This is all to the best of my knowledge based on publicly available menus and info. Obviously all of that is liable to change. I also marked vendors as "no" if the only available gluten-free option was like, a side dish.
