How does one add a credit card to their account?

I tried to change my ticket from Will Call to Shipping and I get an error.

This is the specific error:

2 errors prohibited this user from being saved
There were problems with the following fields:


  • Credit card error Cannot complete transaction - no credit card on file.
  • We're sorry, there was an error updating the shipping method.

You can change your credit card on file when you buy a badge or Event tickets. You cannot change it when you change from Will Call to USPS mailing.

So if he updates his file with a CC when he purchases his event tickets he would then be able to change it from Will Call to USPS?

Seems like you address only half the problem.

Thank you all. 

I will try to change my Badge shipping _after_ I purchase Event tickets. I'm think at that point a current credit card should be on file.

I'm a DM. I'm not buying event tickets. I need my card account online now. Please fix this setup.
I have $10 credit from the previously paid shipping amount.. I'd be happy to use that. But you won't even let that kick in.
Fix this setup, please.

Just buy a $2 generic ticket and then ask customer service for a refund. Mike said he'll do that.
