I have emailed customer support twice to cancel two different badges and have not heard back. How can I tell if the badges were cancelled?
Hello, I do not have an email from you at the address on your account. We will be happy to process a refund. Please send an email from the account you want to cancel the badges on to [email protected] Make sure you include the names on the badges you want cancelled.

I sent a new email a couple of days ago and still have not gotten a response about the badge being cancelled. I am positive it is from this accounts email.
