I have a room downtown with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa that I'm going to be unable to use. Looking to transfer it in the next few hours. Booked Thursday to Sunday, 3 nights, at $190/ night.

Can we still transfer rooms?  I have a room at Crowne Plaza but it only has a king bed, and more beds would be nice.

I'm just wondering if transfers still work since I was looking at the housing portal and it no longer lets me look at what hotels are available
