I am trying to help a friend sign up for an account (and then link it to mine so I can buy his tickets along with mine). He has received the email from GenCon and has tried to go through the process, but every username he is putting in has supposedly been taken, including total nonsense. I have to imagine this is an issue on GenCon's end but I am writing here to confirm and ask for assistance. Thanks in advance.
