Looking for a hotel room walking distance to con

Hi there! 

I'm keeping my eye out for one (1) hotel room that is walking distance from the con. Did you overbook the number of rooms and are looking to get rid of one? Did your plans sadly change and you can no longer make it? Give me a shout, I'd love to take your room off your hands. Shoot me an email please!

It depends if you able/willing to spend the money, but there are a few choices available to book direct on the Marriott site, Residence Inn Downtown and Courtyard at the Capitol $369/$399 per night.
